II The bidder should secure a bid bond only through CPO of 2% of the total price including VAT. Pledging cash or other asset as a bid bond is not allowed . (pledging cash and other financial instrument are not allowed)
III The Bidder should prepare and submit both the technical proposals and financial offer with detail information required as stated in the terms of reference (TOR) or bid document
IV The bidder should fulfill all the minimum criteria stated in the TOR for participation in the bid process.
V Information
1 interested and Eligible bidders can purchase bid document (terms of reference ) paying 200. 00 Birr from Adigrat Ethiopian Catholic Church Social Development Coordinator Office Local procurement section/office from August 05, 2019 G.C till August 16, 2019 G.C
2 Bid Must be submitted on August 16, 2019 G.C between 9:30 – 10:00 am ( Morning from 3:30 – 4:00 local time ) only to the prepared bid box in ECC – SADCOA Adigrat Main Office . The bid will be officially closed at 10:01 am ( Local Time 4:01) on the same date in the presence of bidders or their legal representative and their legal representatives and ECC –SDCOAd bid committee.
3 ECC- SADCOA will open the bid on August 16, 2019 G.C in venue of ECC – SDCOA adgirat Main Office in the presence of bidders or their legal representative and ECC-SADCOA North West bid committee at 10:30 am (4:30 local time morning) in Adigrat Main Office .
4 The office reserves the right to reject partially and / or whole bids at any level of bid processing
