Bidders who have renewed license of 2011 E.C and VAT REGISTER can participate in the bidding and they obtained the tender documents, including the Tender Guidelines. Specification, BOQ and design for the aforementioned activities from SCI/MFO Mekelle Field office. Mekelle at working hours

  • 1 Bidders with Building construction works certificate from Federal  Ministry Construction & Urban development or Regional road, Transport & Construction office with Building Construction /BC/ & /GC/ license of grade 7 and above that have an experience of constructing at least Three works of a nature & complexity equivalent to the works over the last 5 years may obtained the tender document.
  • 2 Submit an original Technical & Original financial bid and copy of it, IN SEPARATELY SEALED ENVELOPES marked clearly by the project name, bidders name, address and legal stamp should be submitted in a sealed envelope not later than 28/06/2019, 3:00 P.M
  • 3 Bid documents can be obtained from save the children Mekelle field office at working hours against 100.00 birr fee.
  • 4 All bid offers shall include the aforementioned Tender documents and be accompanied by a bid security in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee for 2% of the bid amount. Cash nd insurance guarantee are not acceptable.
  • 5 Bids will be opened on28/06/2019,3:00 P.M in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at SCI-MFO/ Mekelle Field office. Mekelle
  • 6 Bidders shall consider only labor cost, but it includes supply of form work ,glass work and water cost /see BOQ/
  • 7 SCI-MFO/ Mekelle field office reserve the right to accept or reject the whole or part of any or all bid
