5 Vat registrations Certificate

6 Letter of authorization

7 Availability of Anti-bribe pledge form

8 Original Bid securities

9 Tax clearance certificate for the year 2011EC

 10 Renewed Certificate of competence with category of GC/BC grade 3 and above issued  by ministry of construction or respective regional office.

• - Availability of professional compliance based on listed on the tender documents
• - Experience of the bidder based on the listed requirements on the tender documents
• -  Successfully completed two construction projects total amount of Five million that of this contract in the past years 3 years.
• -  The total volume of construction work over the past 3 years at least five /5/million
• -  Financial standing of the bidder based on the listed requirements on the tender documents independent auditor for the last recent two years to demonstrate the current soundness of the bidder’s financial position and its prospective long term profitability.

11 All bid must be accompanied by a bid security of birr 20,000 for each sit site while birr 40,000 for all seven sites in CPO or Bank /Insurance /Guarantee only valid for 148 days.

12 Bidders shall be submitted their bids until May 29, 2019 at 5:30 pm ( 11:30 local time) and Bids will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or legal representative on May 30 , 2019 at 10:00 am(4:00 local time)

13 Bidders can offered their price to one or all work sites

14 Bidder who meet the eligibility criteria, Technical evaluation criteria as well as least price bidders will be reward.

15 Ethio telecom reserves the right to reject partially or Fully the bid

16 All the necessary materials and labors cost shall be covered by bidders
