XVIII. The bidder should secure a bid bond CPO of 2% of the Technical and Financial proposals in separate sealed envelope by marking Original and copy with detail information required as stated in the terms of Reference /TOR/ or bid Document. Bidding through own documents is not allowed.

XX. the bidder should fulfill all the minimum criteria stated in the TOR for participation in th bid competition process.

1 Interested and Eligible bides can purchase bid document /Term of reference/ by paying non refundable birr 200.00 per cluster from Adigrat main office ECC-SDCOAD procurement section  starting from May 16,2019 till May 23,2019 during working hours of ECC-SDCOAd.

2 bids must be submitted on May16, 2019 G.C between 9:30m -10:00am /Morning from 3:30-4:00 local time) only to the procurement Section in ECC-SDCOAd main office hall. The bid will be officially closed at 10:01 am( 4:01 local time) on the same date.

3 ECC-SDCOAd will open the bids on the date of May 23, 2019G.C in venue of ECC-SDCOAd hall /Adigrat/ and ECC-SDCOAd concerned committee at 10:30 am (Morning 4:30 local time)in ECC- SDCOAd main office hall Adigrat.

4 The office reserves the right to  partially and/or whole bids at any level of bid processing.
