RE INVITATION TO BID
Ethiopian Catholic Church – Social and development Coordinating Office of Adigrat (SDCOA) invites bidder for the consultancy service to conduct ’ Terminal Evaluation ‘ for the Disaster Risk Reeducation project (JO -DRRP) on its intervention areas participating consultancy firm fulfilling the following minimum criteria . Any contracting firm/ bidder should get Bid document after approval of the legal criteria described here in under from ADSC offices.
I minimum criteria

II The bidder should a bid bond through CPO 2% of the total price pledging cash or other assets as a bid bond is not allowed
III The bidder should prepare and submit both the Technical offer and Financial proposal with detail information required as stated in the term of Reference(TOR) or Bid Document
IV The bidder should fulfill the minimum criteria stated in the TOR for participation in the bid Competition process.
V. Information
- Interested eligible bidders can purchase bid document /Term of Reference/by paying non refundable 20.00 birr from Adigrat main office ADCS – procurement section and Mekelle from ADSC Mekelle branch personal office starting from August 11 , 2015 till August 20, 2015 during working hours ADSC.
- Bid must be submitted on August 20 , 2015 GC between 10:00 – 10:30 am (Moring from 4:00 -4:30 local time ) only to the prepared bid box in ADCS main office Hall Adigrat . The bid will be officially closed at 10:31( 4:31LT) on the same date in the presence of bidder or the legal representative and ADCS concerned committee
- ADCS open the bids in August 20, 2015 G.C in Venue of ADCS Hall in the Presence of bidder or their legal representative ADSC concerned committee at 11:15 (5 :15LT)
- The office reserves though reject particular and whole bid at any of bid processing
