Title: procurement of Civil Works Construction, Supply and Installation Of Pipes & fittings For Zalambesa Town Water Supply Project
- The Government of regional state of Tigray water resource bureau has received a grant from UNICEF for the construction of Civil Works Construction, Supply and Installation of Pipes & fittings. Now; our bureau intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract Ref. No. NCB/TWB/UNICEF/03/2018 for procurement of Civil Works Construction, Supply and Installation of Pipes & fittings for zalambesa town.
- Now; our bureau invites sealed bids for eligible bidders for the Construction ofCivil Works Construction, Supply and Installation of Pipes & fittings for zalambesa town.
- Contractors (bidders) must provide VAT certificate, VAT declaration for the month of July, 2018, TIN No, renewed Construction business license valid for 2018 and renewed appropriate water works registration certificate from Ministry of Water, Irrigation and Electricity or Regional Water Resource Bureau.
- Qualifications & Evaluation requirements will be only financial and legal requirements. Least bidder selection method.
- Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering procedures contained in the 2006 Public Procurement Proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia and Regional procurement Proclamation and directive for construction and it is open to all eligible bidders as mentioned above.
- Bids shall be valid for a period of 60 days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security of birr ETB 30,000 in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee, or CPO and they shall be delivered to the office on or before bid closing date at/ before 9:00 A.m. September 20, 2018.
- Bids shall be opened at 9:10 Am on September 20, 2018 in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who wish to attend. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will berejected.
- Interested bidders will be requested to offer one originaland two Copies of their financial proposal as specified in the bidding documents to be provided.
- A complete set of bidding documents in English could be purchased directly from Tigray National Regional State Water Resources Bureau procurement section, New building office No. 113 Mekelle, up on payment of a non refundable fee birr 300.00 from the date of publication in the news paper up to September 20, 2018 at office hours.
- The Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bid.
