2 The selected bidders should secure a bid bond 2% of the total price (including VAT) only in the form of cash payment order (CPO) from recognized bank ,. CPO can be submitted either within the original document envelop or in separate envelop.
3 The selected bidders should prepare and submit for each technical and Financial proposal of original and copy sealed in separate envelop with properly filled the bill quantity
4 The selected bidders can take the TOR bid document by paying non returnable birr of 100 from Adigrat main office of COLHED starting from July 16/ 2018 till July 26/2018 ( from July 9/2010 –July 19/2010 ) during working hours of COLHED 8:30am – 12:00 am in the morning and 1:30pm- 5:00pm Afternoon
5 Bid must be submitted on July 26/2018 GC (July 19/2010) between 9:00 - 10:30 am in the morning (Morning 3:00-4:00 local time) only to the prepared box in COLHED main office. The bid will be closed at 10:00 am (4:00 local time ) on the same date in the presence of bidder designed representative and COLHED concerned committee
6 COLHED will open the bids date of July 26/2018 G.C (July 19/2010) in venue COLHED adigrat in the presence of bidders or designated representative and COLHED concerned committee at 10:15 am(4:15 morning local time ) in COLHED main office
N.B: COLHED has the right to reject partially and/ or whole bids at any level bid processing
