ITB 18.1 The written conformation of authorization to sign on behalf of the bidder shall consists of Fully Initialed and sealed bids document in general Bidders should have to be provided One “original “ Technical and Financial “ document in separate envelopes and each 2 copies of technical and financial document also should have to be provided in separate envelop too
5 A Complete set of Bidding Document in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of written application to the adders below and payment of non-refundable fee of ETB 150 on working days (Monday- Friday) .Method of payment will be in cash or Check against receipt
6 Bids must be delivered address below at or before 21/ 10/2010 up to 3:00 local time. Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected and Bids will be opened physically on the same date at 3:30 local time in the presence of the bidders representative who choose to attend in person at the address below All bids shall be accompanied by the Bid security (CPO) of 30,000 in Ethiopia Birr in the form of certified cheque and unconditional bank Guarantee.
7 The bid security shall be valid for a period of 60 days after bid opening
8 The Bureau reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid
