3 Firm will be selected as per the Methodology and procedures described in the bid document
4 A complete set of bidding document may be purchased by interested and eligible bidders from the , construction road and transport Bureau of the Regional Government of Tigray Director Building Design an Construction , Mekelle , upon presentation of Renewed construction license of the year 2010 E.C , renewed trade license of the year 2010 E.C , renewed Supply certificate , Vat registration Certificate , recent month Vat declaration & Tax payers Identification Number /TIN , after submission of a written application and a non- refundable fee of birr 500 .
5 Bid shall be valid for a period of 90 days bid opening and must be delivered to the address of bureau of construction road and transport . Al bid must be accompanied by a bid security of 500,000 Ethiopian birr in CPO or bank guarantee . Late bids shall be rejected . Bids will be opened in the presence of interested bidders/representative
6 Wax sealed one original and two copies of each technical and each financial proposal marked with the official stamp and sign of the firm shall be delivered to the bureau of Construction Road and Transport of Tigray of The Directorate Building Design and Construction . Bids shall be opened after 45 days from the bid Announced date
7 The Bureau construction road and Transport of the Regional Government of Tigray Reserves the right to reject or accept any or the entire bid
8 Interested and eligible bidders may obtain further information and purchase the bidding document from the bid announcement date at the Bureau construction road and transport of the Regional Government of Tigray
