Save the children is an international (SCL, Ethiopia) the world’s leading independent non-profit organization for children intends to establish framework agreements (1 year) for the provision of Light Vehicle lease services for supporting its operations in the Tigray Regions and AFAR ZONE 2 and hereby invites potential service providers to submit a sealed tender in accordance to the instructions, statement of requirement, and general terms and conditions hereunder.

LOT 1:Tigray regional state (SCI, Tigray) Area of operation: all Tigray woredas Bidders office location: must have a fully functional main/branch office n Mekelle LOT II: light vehicle lease services( SCI, Afar zone 2) Area of operation: all afar zone 2 woredas Bidders office location: must have a fully functional man/branch office in Mekelle

General terms and conditions[LOT I ,II]: Price validity: 1 year Payment terms: monthly basis after delivery; Delivery period: 2-3 days upon request for vehicle(s) Service requirement: vehicle Models: HZJ78, HZJ79, HZJ76, HZJ105, without fuel , with driver make of year /year of manufacturer : HZJ78, HZJ79, HZJ76, HZJ105(>=2002)

tenders submitted must be accompanied with

• eligibility document-valid business license(E.C 2010) VAT and Tax payers’ certificate • bid security in the name of “Save the children international “ amounting to ETB 20,000(twenty thousand birr) in the form of CPO or bank guarantee valid for a period of at least 3 months starting from the date of tender submission(cash and insurance bond are not accepted)

• company profile listing the bidders’ address, branches , structure, resources etc

• evidence of bidders’ financial capacity in the form of Audit report • evidence of past satisfactory performance on provision of similar services

• evidence of vehicles owned(vehicle registration certificates under bidding company’s name/owners name only)

• a filled SCI price schedule (financial offer) • Declaration of acceptance of SCI’s statement of requirement, terms /conditions, and policies.

Potential service providers may obtain the tender documents against payment of a non-refundable of ETB 100 from SCi offices in Addis Ababa and Mekelle office from April 25, 2018 to may 15, 2018 during working hours.

Tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes, one original Technical, one original financial and two copies one for financial and one for technical copy(four envelopes) separately, bearing an official company seal, and clearly marked by the “bidders’ name, address, and the tender reference number and title as stated above. Tenders must be submitted in the bid box prepared for the purpose at SCI offices in Addis Ababa and Tigray region, Mekelle FO on May 17, 2018 only by or before 11:40 A.M. Bids will opened on May 21, 2018 at 2:30 PM at SCI Ethiopia , Mekelle filed office (only) by the tender committee in the presence of bidders and /or representatives .
