1 All eligible contractors of category GC 7 an above who have valid license and similar work experience procurement and property administration office starting from the first day this notice appeared in the board which is April 3,2018 against upon submission of the payment of non- refundable fee of Birr 300 during office hours

2 Duplicate 2 copies of Bid offer shall be produced in separate envelop marked as Original and copy . A sealed envelop marked “ BID Bond” carrying the bidders Bid Security (CPO) should be included in the sealed envelop caring the original finance the original financial document . All envelops shall be put in one big envelop together ,sealed , stamped and submitted to Machiew Agricultural TVET College finance procurement and property administration office along which Bid Security (BID BOND) from a recognized bank only in the form of CPO.

3 The amount of the bid Security shall be ETB 100,000( One hundred Thousand )in the name of Machiew Agricultural TVET College from a recognized bank only in the form of CPO. No other mode of

4 Essential Criteria , Relevant and valid renewed license to operate , including TIN,VAT etc, Financial information , including recent audit reports , Only GC 7 and above license will participate , Relevant past Experience preferably agricultural /educational college setup.

5 The bid will be opened at Machew Agricultural TVET College in the presence of bidders and /or their legal representative who choose to attend on proposed opening date.

6 Machew Agricultural TVET College reserves the right to accept or reject the bid partially or fully
