1 Present legal license in Electro Mechanical Sector
2 The contractor must have solid experience in erecting at least 2 separate project of pre engineered buildings and must attach a certificate of successful completion from previous customer
3 provide renewed 2010 license of Ethiopia calander
4 The bid will include unloading of the materials to be erected in site and Erecting the building fully wit its main power equipment and machineries
5 The bidder is required to arrange forklift , minimum 25 ton crane and any other convenient handling equipment both for unloading and erecting . Unloading of the materials using man power and or any other inconvenient equipment is strictly prohibited
6 Any damage , deformation , cracking or scratches etc. resulted from miss handling during unloading and erecting including any other loss resulted from such problem will completely be the Liability of the Erector
7 Complete set of building document shall be purchased at the AZMIE Steel Structure Engineering plc department of Supply and procurement found in the compound of Mesfin Industrial Engineering mekelle by paying un –refundable Birr 150
8 Bids shall be valid for period of 45 days opening and must be accompanied by 50,000 bid security in the form of CPO from a reputable bank and shall be delivered to the above office from 5/5/2010 up to 14 /5/2010 until 830 o’clock local time
9 The bid will be opened in the presence of the bidders of legal representative who wish to attend at 14/5 /2010 on 9:00 o’clock local time at the same address above
10 AZMIE reserves the right to reject any or all bids
11 The bidder must sign contractors within 3 days of the recipient of written conformation purchase Order /to sign contract
12 performance of the Contractor is 10% of the contractor amount
13 If the bidder fails to sign the contract with in 3 days of the recipient of written conformation AZMIE will have full right to claim the CPO held with it and Cancel the order
