8 Please attach Bid Security in the envelop for Original Financial proposal

9 Bid must be put in wax –sealed envelop clearly marked by “bidders name, address, legal stamp and name of the project site and their address and submit their technical and financial document in one original and one copy of  both , (different envelop) to SNV addressed above before or on 6 December, 2017 before till 17:00 hours
