1 The Tigray Bureau of Water Resource Bureau now invites sealed bids from eligible and bidders having VAT Certificate , VAT declaration for the month of August 2017 EC . TIN Number , renewed business license valid for 2017 and valid and renewed appropriate water works registration Certificate from water Resource Valid for 2017/2018 G.C > Qualification and Requirement included: Machinery , personnel , Technical , Financial , Legal and Other Additional Requirement may provide in the bid document and the procurement is not subject to margin of preference
2 Bidding will be conducted through the National Completive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines : procurement of Goods Work and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers ( ‘’  Guidelines edition 2011 ‘’), ( procurement Guidelines)and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the procurement Guidelines . In addition , Please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the world Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
