Raya Brewery S.C. is legally established brewery company and it is currently

requires to purchase IT & Electronics Materials.

The company would like to invites interested bidders to participate in the bid offers for the supply of IT & Electronics Materials.

Instruction to Bidders

• Bidders shall be present their copy valid & renewed business license, TIN/ VAT registration certificate for 2008 E.C. to be eligible to buy the bid document.

• A complete set of bidding documents can be obtained from finance office number 608 which is found in Raya brewery share company coordination office located at Addis Ababa, Bole road in front of Millennium Hall, Sevita (Hagbes) Building 6th floor, Mekele Oromiya Bank 2nd floor finance office &Maichew Head office up on deposit nonrefundable Birr 300 (Three hundred Birr) during office hours (Monday to Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, and Saturday from 8:00a.m to 12:00 a.m.

• All bids must be accomplished by bid security 2% of the total bid price in the form of bank CPO.

• Bid to be starting from November 16, 2016 8:00 a.m.

• Bid closing date, November 25/2016 until 10:00 a.m. and opening date at the same time November 25/2016 10:30 a.m.

• All Bid documents shall be submitted Addis Ababa coordination office&Maichew head office in the tender box prepared for this purpose on/ before the above indicated dates.

• Raya brewery Share Company reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any time.
