A complete tender document in English is available at the Logia office of APDA and interested and eligible bidders can purchase it upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 100.00 ETB in cash and upon submission of a written application together with copies of the following legal documents

1. License on construction and defining the legal status
2. Renewal for the year 2008 EC under consideration
3. VAT registration and Tax-payer registration (TIN) certificate
4. Registration certificate with ministry of finance or trade

Office located in logia APDA office. The bid document can be collected during office hours . the bidders should submit their proposals within consecutive days starting from the announcement date of this invitation (15/10/2016) 8:00 AM. The bid closing date will then be 22/10/2016 EC at 12:00 AM in the morning and the opening will be on 24/10/2016 at 10:30 AM in the morning in logia head office.

The bid proposal must be accompanied by a 2% of bid bond only in the form of C.P.O and originals and copies of the above mentioned legal documents. The bid shall be wax sealed and vividly marked . the bid document should be inserted in the bid box placed at logia APDA head office.

Bidders are requested to fulfill all the necessary conditions clearly indicated the bid documents!
