2 ITB 3.2(a) The bidder must demonstrate compliance with the criteria in ITB Sub-Clause 3.1 , from mandated public body
3 ITB 3.2(b) Renewed or valid trade license on WWCC Grade 6 for the fiscal year 2008, registration certificate from ministry of water, irrigation and energy for the fiscal year , tax clearance certification , VAT declaration for montht July 2016 , (Hamle 2008) VAT registration , Tin number , Suppliers registration certificate and any relevant professional practice certificate
4 ITB 18.1 The written conformation of authorization to sign on behalf of the bidder shall initialed and approved by authentication office
Bidder should submit their sealed bid document one “original” technical and one financial documents is separate envelop and each 2 two copies for each of technical and financial document also must be provided in separate envelops
5 A Complete set of Bidding Document in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the address below and payment of non-refundable fee of ETB 200 on working days (Monday- Friday) .Method of payment will be in cash or Check against receipt
6 Bids must be delivered address below at or before September , 11/ 2009 up to 3:00 local time, Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
7 Bids will be opened physically on the same date at 3:30 P.M in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below
8 all bids shall accompanied by a Bid Security (CPO) or unconditional bank Gurantee of 100,000 Ethiopia Birr
9 The bid shall be valid for a period of a 60 ( sixty days) after bid opening
10 The bureau reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid
