1. Bidders who have renewed license of 2008E.C. and VAT REGISTER can participate in the bidding and they obtained the Tender Documents, including the Tender Guidelines, contract Template and specification for the aforementioned activities from SCI-TAO Tigray Area Office, Mekelle at working hours.

1. Bidders With water Works certificate from Federal Ministry of water Resource or Regional Water Resource with Water Works construction (WWC)Â license of Grade 8 (Eight ) and above may obtained the tender document
2. 3 Â An original & copy of each bid offer, IN SEPARATELY SEALED ENVELOPES, marked clearly by the project name, bidder’s name, address and legal stamp should be submitted in a sealed envelope not later than July /25/2016, 2:30 P.M.
3. 4 Bid documents can be obtained from save the children Mekelle Area office against payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50.00(Fifty birr only) .
4. 5 Bid documents can be obtained from save the children Mekelle Area office at working hours before july 25/2016, 3:00 P.M.
5. All bid offers shall include the aforementioned Tender documents and be accompanied by a bid security in the form of CPO or Guarantee for 2% (two percent) of the bid amount. Â
6. Bids will be opened on July /25/2016, 3:00 P.M in the presence of bidders’ or their representatives who choose to attend at SCI-TAO/ Tigray Area Office / Mekelle.    Â
7. SCI-TAO Mekelle Area Office reserves the right to accept or reject the whole or part of any or all bids.
