Therefore the TRHB invites eligible bidders who are selected contactors of category of the respectively listed below and above for works arranged in lot and isolate to be completed with the given working colander days

• The renovation and explanation work of LOT-1 and Lot-2 and Lot -3 where with in average radius of 200km from the center Humera , Shire and mekelle to be completed in 240 working calendar days for contractors of category of BC/GC 6 and Â
• The expansion work of 3 MCH blocks at Ferima ,Lealay Ahdug and Dera dinka health center to be completed in 240 working calendar days for contractors of category of BC/GC 6

1 A complete set of biding documents may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon payment of non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 300,00( Three –hundred Birr) from Mekelle town kebele 03 , located at TRHB head quarter building purchasing team; at ground floor room number 42 from the date of announcement of this bid

2 Bidders should present a copy of VAT registration certificate ; vat declaration currently renewed trade license supplier’s identification card and TIN certificate with their offer. Bidders should present the original document whenever the procuring entity request for verification

3 Sealed bids containing one original and two copy of technical and financial proposal should be submitted as follows

a Technical documents-original and copy of technical documents should be sealed in separate envelops and marked “original technical proposal “ and copy of technical proposal “

b Financial document –original and copy of financial document should be sealed in separate envelop and marked “original Financial proposal “ and copy of Financial proposal “

4 All technical document should be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the total bid price valid 60 days from the date of opening and payable on demand in the form of CPO or bank guarantee (issued by a bank registered in Ethiopia )

5 Bidders should submit sealed bids for providing the necessary labor material equipment and any other requirements as per technically requested for the execution and completion of the work to :Tigray region health Bureau , purchasing team on the first day after 21 days the bid is on air at or before 11:30 A.M . No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery after 11:30 AM

6 Technical proposal will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representative who choose to attend at the TRHB building headquarter conference hall on the same day at 2:00PM

7 Financial proposal will be opened after the result of technical proposal analysis is completed
