1 Invites eligible bidders who have renewed Trade license for the fiscal year , VAT registration , Tax clearance and tax payer Identification(TIN) , Supplier Registration Certification and other supportive documents
2 Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and is open to all bidders from eligible countries.
3 Eligible bidders can obtain procurement document from the procurement and property Administration Directories Office No. C21-201 (Tel 251-0344414784) located in Endayesus camping during office hours (Monday to Friday) up on a non-refundable fee of birr 100(one hundred Birr) or equivalent amount in USD.
4 Bid shall be Valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a security bid of 500,000 Birr or equivalent amount in USD or CPO or Bank guarantee shall be delivered to the below mentioned address
5 Closing time for submission of bid will be at of 9:30 AM of the 35th day to be counted from the date of announcement of the tender and its opening time will be on the same day, at 10:00 AM . If the 35th day is not working day , the bid will be closed and opened at the aforementioned time of the next working days
7 Technical original, technical copy, Financial original and financial copy documents for the bid should be sealed and submitted separately , applicable for both
8 Mekelle University has the right to cancel the bid totally or partially,if it gets a better way of obtain the required items.Â
