The Government of Ethiopia has received financing from the Government of Finland to ward for implementation of CO-wash program and it intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payment under the contract Bid no. 2 Bidding will be conducted through the National Completive Bidding (NCB) procedures as specified in the Governmental Manual and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the guidelines (Manual)

Bids shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security of birr 30,000 in the form  of Un conditional Bank Guarantee or CPO by adding 28 days beyond the bid validityÂ
