ስለዚ ክትጫረቱ እትደልዩ ተጫረቲ በዚ ቀፂሉ ተዘርዚሩ ዘሎ መሰረት ክትወዳደሩ እትኽእሉ ምኻንኹም ንሕብር።

RELIFE SOCIETY OF TIGRAY Moringa Leaves Powders wishes to invite. Therefore, bidders who wish to bid are requested to do so on the basis listed below.

1. ናይ 2016 ዓ.ም ዝተሓደሰ ንግዲ ፍቓድ ዘለዎም ተጫረቲ ካብ ቢሮ ቁፅሪ 607 /50.00/ ቅርሺ ከፊሎም ናይ ጨረታ ዶክመንት ክውለዱ ይኽእሉ፡፡

Bidders who have renewed their business license for 2016 may obtain all bid documents from the office no 607 / 50.00 birr.

2. ተጫረቲ በቲ ዘርፊ ዝተመዝገቡን ንግዲ ፍቃድ ዘሐደሱን ናይ ቫት ሴርቲፍኬትን፣ ቲን ቁፅሪ፣ ዝተመዝገብኩም ምካንኩም መረጋገፂ ሙሉእ ደኩመት ከቕርቡ ኣለዎም፡፡

Bidders must submit his/her registered by the classification and renewed business, license VAT certificate of registration of Business license, TIN, registration and full documents.

3. ተጫረቲ ካብ ዘቕረብዎ ጠቕላላ ዋጋ 2% ክልተ ካብ ሚኢቲ/ ናይ ጨረታ ውሕስና መኽበሪ ሕጋዊነቱ ብዝተረጋገፀ ሲፒኦ ጥራሕ ከትሕዙ ኣለዎም፡፡

Bids must be accompanied by an only CPO of 2% of the total price offered.

4. ተጫረቲ ዝጫረተሉ : ሰነድ ብዝተአሸገ ፖስታ እዚ ጨረታ ምልክታ ካብ ዝወፀሉ ዕለት ማለት 27/02/2017 ዓ.ም ጀሚሩ ክሳብ 10/03/2017 ዓ.ም እዮ ። ዝዕፀወሉ ሰዓት ድማ ሓሙሽተ /5፡00/ ናይ ንጉሆ ይከዉን ። ስለዚ ናብ ማረት ቤት ፅሕፈት ኩሎ ጊዜ አብ ስራሕ ስዓት እናመፁ ሰነድ ጨረታኦም

ኹቅርቡ ይኽእሉ፡፡

Bids must be submitted in sealed envelope from the date of issuance of this tender notice. Starting till 06/11/2024 G.C up to 19/11/2024 G.C and closing time will be five 11.00 am rooring. So to bid document may be submitted at the REST office during office hours.

5. ጨረታ ዝኸፈተሉ ዕለት ድማ 10/03/2017 ዓ.ም ሰዓት 9፡00 ኣብ ማረት ቤት ፅሕፈት ተጫረቲ ወይከዓ ሕጋዊ ወኪሎም ኣብ ዝተረኸብሉ ይክፈት፡፡ ከምኡዉን ዶክመንት እንድሕር ተማሊኡ ንከፍት ንሕብር ።

I Bids will be opened on 19/11/2024 G.C at 9.00 am in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives, If the documents are completed, we will open it.

6. እቲ ዝተዉሃበ በዝሒ ገፅ ናይ ጨረታ ሰነድ ገንፂልካ ምትራፍ ኣይፍቀድን እቲ ዝመላእኩምዎ ጨረታ

ሰነድ ቁቡል ከምዘይንገብሮ ነፍልጥ፡፡

The quantity given is not allowed to be left open.

7. ሕድ ሕድ ገፅ ማሕተም ዕለት ፊርማን ክህልዎ አለዎ ከምኡ ድማ ናይ ጨረታ ሰነድ ዝትመልእዎ ዋጋ ስርዝ ድልዝ ዘለዎ እንተኮይኑ ተቀባልነት የብሉን፡፡

Each Stamp must be dated and signed and the bid document must be filled with price cancellation if it has, it is not acceptable.

8. ኣብቲ ጨረታ ዝተጠቀሰ ሞዴል (Specification) ምስራዝ ኣይካኣልን።

The model (Specification) mentioned in the tender cannot be cancelled.

9. እቲ ድርጅት ዝሓሸ ኣማራፂ እንተረኺቡ ነቲ ጨረታ ብሙሉእ ኾነ ብኽፋል ናይ ምስራዝ መሰሉ ዝተሓለወ እዩ፧

The company shall have to process the tender in whole and in part if it finds better alternative.
