Bidders INSTRUCTIONS

All bidders must meet the minimum requirements below.

O Valid Tax Clearance/TIN number

O Valid Business VAT (Value Added tax) Registration Certificate

O Renewal Suppliers License

O Renewal Trade License

O Previous VAT Report.

о Bid pages must be pre-numbered and initialed

O Bids must be signed and stamped by authorized personnel

о Bids must be submitted in English/In Tigrigna

O Bid prices must be quoted in ETB and prices will remain valid for the three months the signed agreement.

о Bidders should prepared 5,000.00 (Five thousand Birr) CPO in the name of Mums

Bidders can take the bid document by paying 100.00 birr from Mums for mums head office of finance, procurement & prosperity administration office located near

☐☐Complete tender documents must be submitted in sealed envelopes on or before the deadline as indicated on the first (cover) page of the tender document

о Bidders must have supplier registered for supplying different cereals.

O Successful bidder(s) must be willing to Supply Different cereals requested by Mums for Mums

o Lading un loading should cover by bidder.

O Service must be road worthy.

O All ordered Different cereals must be supply to MUM for MUMS head office:

O Successful bidders must be time honored with neat, clear and quality cereals supply.

O All cereal should be clear from any weevil and defects.

O Bidders must submit detailed price schedule for each Service's. Bidders are also required to include schedule.
