Plan International's programs In Ethiopia focuses on Child Protection, Education, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Food and Economic Security, Humanitarian Response and Resilience Building that we implement in Tigray, Amhara, Oromia, Southern Nations, Nationalities and Peoples' (SNNP), Gambella, Afar and Benishangul-Gumuz Regional States and Addis Ababa City Administration. Common to these, issues of gender and disability are also integrated and mainstreamed in all programs.
Plan International Ethiopia, Tigray Program area (PIE-Tigray-PA) wants to invite all interested and eligible contractors to participate in the following Construction and Rehabilitation of Sex Segregated block latrines, Menstrual hygiene Management (MHM) rooms, and Water Supply line extensions to schools, health posts and communities in Sesat Kebele (LOT-1) and in Egri-Alebe Kebelle (LOT-2) of Emba Alaje Woreda with financial support of Embassy of the Kingdom of Netherlands (EKN) project in Tigray Regional State as described in the below table.

9. One bidder can participate only on one LOT |
Tenders submitted after the deadline will be automatically rejected
Plan International Ethiopia reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
