1 Bid document can be taken by eligible bidders upon nonpayment from Daughters of Charity (Doc) office , 1st floor , sub city of Adihaki behind Adihaki eye clinic
2 Bidders must obtain renewed valid trading license for the specific item
3 Bidders must have TIN number certificate
4 Bidders should provide recipet with consecutive number (Either TOT or VAT)
5 The bidders cannot alter, amend or withdraw offers after tender is opened
6 Bidders should submit offers price as per the attached request for quotation
7 Bidders should submit Bid security of 30,000 birr(birr thirty thousand) together with the bid document to the bid box before the bid clothing time if winner supplier remains unwilling to sign an aggrement , the bid security will be deposited to DOC account
8 Bidders should aware that before conducting an agreement due diligence is going to be conducted on the overall capacity of a supplier
9 The supplier should deliver with in three consecutive days after notification of award and signing aggrement with contract security of 10% from the total price he/she wined
10 The supplier deliver the material to DoC coordinating office with his/her owen transport
11 The material should have at least 6 month Expiry date assurance
12 Bids must be delivered their bid documents to the address Daughters of Charity coordinating office sub city of Adihaki behind Adihaki eye clinic first floor in the prepared tender box 4/4/ 2024 up to 09/04/2024
13 Bid clothing date is 09/04/2024at 8:30 local time
14 Late bids will be rejected and bids will be opened physically on 09/04/2024 at 9:00 local time preferably in the presence of the bidders or representative who choose to attend in the person at the address above
15 The Daughters of charity coordinating office representative the right to reject partially or fully cancel or reject any or all of the bids
