To All contractor category GC/BC class 08 and above with license valid for the year 2006 E.C and can present registration certificate for construction from concerned organization.

Trans Ethiopia plc has planned to construct kitchen and common shower at mille. Mille Located the north part eastern part of Ethiopia at afar regional state 520 Km from Addis Ababa .

1 Interested bidders complete set set of bidding document against the payment of a non refundable of birr 100 birr (one hundred ) from procurement supply Department upon presentation of registration certificate from ministry of infrastructure and Tigray urban development bureau .

2 Eligible bidders should submit sealed bids one original and one photo copy for furnishing the necessary lab-our material equipment and service .

3 Bidders should submit renewed license vat registration certificate original and one photo copy for the year 2006 E.C

4 All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the sum equal 2 % of the total bid price (before 15 % vat) in the form cash payment order (CPO) issued a recognized banks as bid security the name of Trans Ethiopia PLC in separated envelop.

5 All bids quotation must be submitted based on the free market price.

6 Bid document may be any interested eligible bidders on the submission of a written application to, procurement and supply Department , Mekelle Head Office during the working (Monday through Saturday 8:30 A.M - 5:00 P.M)

7 Bidders should submit their financial proposal to separate wax- sealed envelops in one original and one copy wax- sealed separate and both in outer envelope on October 22,2014 until 2:00 P.M.

8 The bid will be opened on October 22, 2014 at 2:30 PM(After noon) in the , procurement supply Department Mekelle Head Office conference room with the presence of bidders or their legal representative who choose to attend

9 The construction of the works shall be completed within 90(ninety) calendar days from the commencement date .
