Imagine I day is a non-religious, non-profit making International NGO founded in Canada Vancouver in 2007 and is operating in Ethiopia since November 2007. We are registered as an implementing NGO with Legal License Number 0885 from the federal charities and Societies Agency that has been investing on Education, Agriculture, WASH, Livelihood, Opportunity Development and Emergency Response projects in Tigray, Oromiya, South Nation Nationalist and Peoples, Amhara and Benshangul Gumize regions. It has also been implementing Emergency Response projects in Tigray since the start of the crisis particularly Child protection, Gender-Based Violence prevention and response WASH in emergency, and Education in Emergency in most areas of Tigray.

To achieve its objective, imagine I day Tigray coordination office, currently has a plan to purchase Combined Desks for Schools at Sheraro Town and around. Therefore, imagine 1day invites all eligible bidders to compete to provide combined desks

Tenders duly filled must be accompanied by;

• Renewed business license, commercial registration certificate, registration certificate, tax payer registration certificate, certificate of competence and value added tax declaration.

• Bid security bond of 2% of bid amount by CPO or unconditional Bank guarantee (cash or insurance bond are not accepted.

• The winner shall start producing of the Combined desks within 2 (Two) days form the date of agreement signed and after all handing over the combined desks to project site within 20 days.

Payment is going to be made only after delivery of the combine desks.

• BID offer should include all aforementioned tender documents and marked clearly, bidders name, address and legal stamp of the bidder and submit financial (with two Copies one original and one Copy) and technical documents (With two copies one original and one copy) in a sealed 4 separated stamped envelope with each of copy to imagine 1day regional coordination office - Mekelle.

• Documents which have the list of activates can be obtained from imagine Iday Mekelle office from 15/03/2024 to 21/03/2024, by paying 200 birrs.

• Bid will be closed on 21/03/2024 at 9:00 local time and opened on 21/03/2024; 9:30 local time in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend at imagine 1-day Mekelle office. Imagine Iday Mekelle office reserve the right to accept or reject the whole or part any or all bids.
