License	License in shallow & deep well water drilling  and installation
Legally registered including VAT	Copy of original documents  defining legal status ,place of registration , principal  place of business , Tax Payment of the current physical year and VAT registration certificate

2 The bidder should secure a Bid Bond CPO of 2% of the total price (including VAT) only in the form of cash payment order (CPO) from recognized bank

3 The bidder should prepare and submit  both the Technical and financial proposal in separated sealed envelop by marking  ‘ original ‘ and ‘copy ‘ with detail information required as state in the Bid Document. Bidding through  own document is not allowed

4 The bidder should fulfill all the Minimum criteria state in the Bid Document for participation in the bid competition process

• Interested  and eligible bidders can purchase bid document by paying non refundable 100 ETB percluster from Adigrat main office of COLHED starting from March 18, 2016 till  March 30, 2016 during working hours of COLHED 8:30 am and to 12:00 am in the morning and 1:30 Pm to 5:00 pm afternoon )
• Bid must submitted on March 30,2106 G.C before 2:00 – 3:00 pm afternoon 8:00-9:00 Local time) only to the prepared bid box in COLHED main office Hall. The Bid will be official closed at 3:01 (9:01 local time ) on the date in the presence of bidders or designated re and representatives and COLHED concerned committee.
• COLHED will open  the bid on the date of March 18,2016 G.C in venue of COLHED Hall (Adigrat) in the presences of bidders or designated representative and COLHED I concerned committee at 3:05 pm 05 local time in COLHED main office

NB:

COLHED reserve the right to reject partially and/ or whole bids at any level of bid processing
