Alight is an International NGO with over 40 years' experience of providing life-saving humanitarian assistance for conflict/disaster affected people in many countries including: Syria, Myanmar, Indonesia, Rwanda, the Sudan, South Sudan and Somalia. Alight is also supporting Tigray Refugees in the Sudan. ALIGHT Ethiopia program has been working in Ethiopia since 2021. ALIGHT program aimed at lifesaving humanitarian interventions as well as recovery and resilience building programs. designed to create lasting positive change in the lives of vulnerable
people. Alight Ethiopia Tigray Program Wants To Invite All Interested And Eligible Contractor To Participation In The Following Dawhan Health Center Rehabilitation, TIGRY REGION Including The Supply And Commissioning Of The rehabilitation As Summarized Below

Requirements and instructions for Bidding:
1. Legally registered: All interested contractors must provide proof of legal registration and operate within the applicable laws and regulations of EPRDF.
2. Experience and Expertise: Contractors should have previous experience and technical knowledge of the works required, experience working with INGOS in similar works, copies of completion certificate, and letter of recommendation from past INGO, Government or UN clients for construction works.
3. Financial Offer Shall Be Produced In Separate Envelopes Labeled As Original AndG9px. Technical Offers Shall Be Made In A Separate Third Wax Sealed Envelope Clearly Labeled a Technical Offer. The Three Envelopes Shall Then Be Sealed .Signed And Stamped Inside A Sealed Signed And Stamped Outer Envelope, Addressed To Alight Ethiopia Tigray Program Whose Addressed Is Mentioned
Interested eligible contractors shall provide written application with original and neat copies of the following legal documents
