1. The government of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the CWA-II and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Office Furniture for PMU, Coordination Office, Woreda, and Small Towns.
2. The Tigray Water and Energy Bureau, now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for #56 Tables, #168 chairs, #6 Shelf, #1 Promotion Board, #1 Paper tray, and #1 mini Table) Delivery place Tigray Water and Energy Bureau and No margin of preference will be applied.
3. Bidding will be conducted through an international competitive procurement procedure using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers dated July 2016, revised November 2017 and August 2018. (Procurement Regulations), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
4. 5. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 350.00 ETB (Three Hundred Fifty Ethiopian Birr). The method of payment will be in Cash. The document will be collected in person.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 05 February 2024 at 3:00 Local Time. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidder's designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 05 February 2024 at 3:15 Local Time.
7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 120,000.00 ETB (One Hundred Thousand Ethiopian Birr)
