Alight Ethiopia, Tigray Program organization is seeking a reliable and competent supplier to provide portable and safe water trucking service for a period of two months. We are inviting all interested and eligible suppliers to participate'in the bidding process, IN ABI-ADI (for six IDP sites and three host community sites; and all are within Abi-Adi town, with average of 3 KM from the center of Abi-Adi town), TIGRY REGION And Commissioning Of The water trucking services As Summarized Below

Requirements for Bidding:

I. Legally registered: All interested suppliers must provide proof of legal registration and operate within the applicable laws and regulations of the country.

2. Experience and Expertise: Suppliers should have previous experience in providing water trucking services, with a focus on safety and adherence to quality standards. Please provide us with details of past projects or similar services rendered.

3. Technical Capacity: Suppliers must possess the necessary resources, including well-maintained water trucks with a minimum capacity of 20,000 liters,Tequired to meet the specified quantity and maintain service reliability throughout the contractual period.

4. Safety Measures: Suppliers should outline their protocols and measures for ensuring the safety of water during transportation, including, hygiene and contamination prevention practices.

Interested eligible contractors shall provide written application with original and neat copies of the following legal documents

Mandatory requirement I.

1 Copy of renewed and Relative business license for Fiscal year 2016 E.0

2. Copy of Vat registration Certificate

3. Copy of TIN certificate

 4 Legally registered to conduct business for provision of potable and safe water trucking service

5. Renewed -registration certificate from Federal or Regional urban development for 2016 E.C

 6. Evidence of settlement of current tax, registration for VAT and TIN certificate 3. Bid Security Bond of 2% CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee

Tender submitted after the deadline will be automatically rejected.
