1. Bidder must submit a valid trade license renewed for the 2015/2016 Ethiopian calendar and a VAT registered certificate.

2. All Bids must be submitted in wax-sealed and stamped envelopes on or before Dec 28, 2023, 10:00 AM and would be addressed and marked as follows.

3. Bidders must submit technical and financial offers in two copies separately to the Messebo head office in Mekelle.

4. Bids will be closed on Dec 28, 2023, at 10:00 AM during office hours and will be opened on Dec 28, 2023, at 10:15 AM (European time) in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the above-mentioned office.

5. The bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of 2% of the total price in the form of C.P.O. or Cash or bank guarantee.

6. All bids that come after the opening date of the tender will be rejected immediately.
