2. Bidder shall be submit valid trade license renewed for 2012/13 Ethiopian Calendar and VAT register certificate.

3. All Bids must submit their bids in Wax-sealed and stamped envelopes on or before the closing date which is November 19/2020 E.C 3.30 (Local time) and would be addressed and marked as flows.

4.Bidders must submit their technical and financial offer in two copies separately by coming in-person to Messebo Cement Factory head office, Mekelle.
