The bid must be wax sealed and accompanied by bid security of BIRR 10,000 in the form of a certified cheque/CPO/bank guarantee in favor of SUR Construction PLC valid for a period of 60 days after bid opening and shall be delivered at the above noted address on or before 9:30 AM on October 28, 2020.
5. Technical Proposal and Financial offer will be opened on October 28, 2020, at 10:30AM
