BIDDING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Interested Bidders can obtain a complete set of bid documents from the LB's Head Office. Procurement & Facilities Management Department, located at 22 Area Haile G/Selassie Avenue, LEX Plaza Building 4" floor commencing from Wednesday, June 24, 2020 during work hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (Bler One Hundred only) for Each Category:
2. Along with the Bid Documents. Bidders should provide copy of Renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate and Tax Clearance Letter from Ministry of Revenue.
3. Bidders should provide Manufacturer Authorization Letter (MAF) for Category - 02 & 05.
4. The Bid document shall be submitted accompanied by bid security in the form of Cash Payment Order (CPO) or Unconditional Bank Guarantee
- Birr 250.000.00 for Category -02
- Birr 200.000.00 for Category -03
- Birr 350,000.00 for Category -05
- Birr 150.000,00 for Category -06 and 2% of total Bld Price for the category 01,04,06,07,08,09,10,11 &12.
- NOTE:- A bank guarantee issued from any branches of Lion International Bank is not acceptable and subject to disqualification.
5. Bid shall be deposited in the box provided at LIB's Head Office: Haile G/Selassie Avenue, LEX Plaza Building 4 floor, A.A, as per the following schedule.
