In Ethiopia , Jhpiego is committed to building the capacity of local institutions, including the Federal Ministry of Health (FMOH) , Federal Ministry of Education (FMOE) , regional health offices , higher learning institution , health facilities as well as health professional associations, to respond to the country health needs particularly to address maternal and new born mortality , HIV/AIDS, human resource of health as well as nutrition.

  • It is mandatory to indicate whether your price is inclusive of VAT or not

  • Bidders should submit the technical and financial offer in separate envelop . Also

  • Bidders should submit their offers accompanied by copies of all appropriate certified documents, company profile and license in a sealed and stumped envelop at the same address on or before September 25, 2014 until 5:30 pm.

  • Bids received after the deadline will not be acceptable
