1 Bidders with Building construction works certificate from Federal Ministry Construction & Urban development or Regional road, Transport & Construction office with Building Construction /BC/ & /GC/ license of grade 7 and above that have an experience of constructing at least Three works of a nature & complexity equivalent to the works over the last 5 years may obtained the tender document.
2 an original and copy Technical & Original financial bid of it, IN SEPARATELY SEALED ENVELOPES marked clearly by the project name, bidders name, address and legal stamp should be submitted in a sealed envelope not later than 16/06/2012, 2:30 P.M / feb 24,2020
3 Bid documents can be obtained from save the children Mekelle field office at working hours against 200.00 birr fee.
