Educational Qualification Required:
• MA/MBA/MSc in Marketing Management, Accounting and Finance, Management, Economics or in related Business fields.

Minimum Work Experience:
• 14 years of relevant Banking experience out of which 6 years as a Director.

Additional Skills:
• Skills in Customers Relationship Management, International Banking practices, Trade Finance, Performance Management, Strategic Management, Credit Management, Multichannel Banking and others;
• Strategic thinking, Strategic planning and Leadership skills;
• Knowledge and skill in organizing and leading business firms;
• Industry specific skills (products and services);
• People Management skills;
• Emotional Intelligence;
• Data analysis and presentation skill etc.
