• Minimum Work Experience: 10/8 years proven experience in the hospitality Industry, 6/4 years as General Manager, 4/2 years as Department Manager

• Vision driven, strategic planning and management skill
• High degree of leadership skill, Eager to work under pressure,
• People management quality, handling multiple tasks, self-motivation, creativity and flexibility
• Highest quality of integrating hotel owner’s vision and mission with the operating departments and other stakeholders as the hotel ambassador
• Coordination skill among the different hotel departments towards common goal
• Excellent computer and hotel software skill as well communication & Strong interpersonal skill
• High Quality of time management, task prioritization skill
• cost consciousness and marketing skill
• Strong team building skills and team player
• Very good English & other Foreign language skill
