• Minimum Qualification: BA in Hotel/ Tourism management and related
• Minimum Work Experience: 6 years proven experience in the hospitality Industry, 3 years as Front office manager, 2 years as supervisory level

Essential Skills
• High degree of people management quality, service recovery and handling skill, self-motivation and flexibility
• Making team to satisfy room guests all the time
• Strong guest service team building skills
• Excellent hotel guest service software and Communication skills
• Very good English & other Foreign language skill
