• Minimum Qualification: BA (Level IV/V) in Hotel/ Tourism management/ hotel operation/ supervision and related
• Minimum Work Experience: 4 years proven experience in the hospitality Industry, 2 years as housekeeping supervisor, 1 years as room attendant/public area attendant
Essential Skills
• High quality in excellent housekeeping supervision skills
• Experience and skill of turn down services and VIP special request handling
• Scheduling skill and assignment of room attendants for distribution of amenities
• Skill in understanding laundry machines and chemicals
• Hotel software skill, Self-driven and efficiency
• Excellent Communication skills with front office department in particular
