Educational Requirements
Bachelor's
Desired Skills
• Minimum Qualification: BA in Accounting and/or Finance
• Minimum Work Experience: 4 years proven accountant experience, 2 years as hotel accountant, 1 year as credit collector/junior hotel accountant
Essential Skills
• Accounts payable and receivable handling skill
• Hotel financial statements analyzing skill in timely basis
• Knowledge of Ethiopian tax system and corporate reporting(IFRS) skill
• Reviewing skill of guest ledger, city ledger and deposit ledgers to validate proper payment and revenue posting.
• Skill for maintaining accounting databases by entering data into the accounting program.
• Excellent Communication skills
