Diploma

• Minimum Qualification: BSc (Level IV/V) in Electrical/ Civil/mechanical/ computer/ IT/Plumber and related
• Minimum Work Experience: 4 years proven experience in the hospitality Industry, 2 years in HVAC maintenance

Essential Skills
• Maintenance Skill of all hotel machinery, equipment and engineering facilities
• HVAC maintenance skill in particular
• Recording skill in log books daily and take corrective measures
• Coordinating skill with outside agencies or vendors for repair and maintenance work.
• Scheduling skill for preventing maintenance
• Skill of checking the quality of engineering goods procured by the hotel
• Communication skill to all departments

3-5 years
