Job Requirement
• 1st Degree or equivalent in Literature, Office Administration & Technology, Management, Accounting, Economics, Banking & Finance, Journalism, and related field. 8/6 years of relevant experience for 1st degree and 2nd degree holders, respectively.
• Provides high-level secretariat support to key internal and external meetings involving the Governor, including preparing agendas, co-coordinating or writing papers, producing minutes, and ensuring follow-up actions are progressed;
• Works closely and effectively with H.E the Governor to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up apparently.
• Liaise with external bodies with which the Governor require representation and are involved as required;
• Prepare correspondence, reports, memos and presentations material as required, noting the need for accessibility in all documentation from all sources;
• Maintain short, medium and long-term diaries for the Governor, making the necessary travel, meeting and other arrangements for appointments;
• Opens and screens mail addressed to the Governor, answers routine mail independently and routes other mail with background material as necessary;
• Greet and assist guest
• Ensure the effective operation of the Governor’s Office.

Skills & Abilities:
• Very strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, management members, external bodies.
• Expert level written and verbal communication skills(Both English and Amharic)
• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel and Power point
