• Diploma in Office Administration and Secretarial Science, Administrative Services Management & Technology System or related field and 7 years of relevant experience later diploma holder and COC Level IV obligatory.
• Coordinate office management activities
• Provide administrative and clerical support to directorate or individuals
• Alert supervisor or director about cancelations or new meetings.
• Manage and organize personnel files and records of the Bank
• Facilitate office facilities (stationery and other supplies) of the directorate
• Organize/arrange directorate meetings, take minutes and prepare reports of the meetings.
• Handle directorate staff attendance and leave
• Receive and handle different incoming and outgoing correspondences
• Greet and assist visitor/staffs
• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

• Interpersonal and Communication
• Supplies management
• Excellent knowledge of basic computer applications
• Record keeping and file management
