• Diploma in Office Administration and Secretarial Science, Administrative Services Management & Technology Systems or related field. No prior experience is required And COC Level IV obligatory.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to team or individuals
• Alert immediate supervisor about cancelations or new meetings.
• Manage and organize personnel files and records of the Bank
• Facilitate office facilities (stationery and other supplies) of the team
• Receive and handle different incoming and outgoing correspondences
• Greet and assist visitor/staffs
• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Skills & Abilities:
• Interpersonal and Communication
• Good knowledge of basic computer applications
• Record keeping and file management
