• Education: Diploma/Level IV in Secretarial Science and Management from recognized university or College.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 (eight) years’ experience as a Secretary preferably in similar project area.
• Proficiency in Afaan Oromo, Amharic & English languages is advantageous;
• Reporting writing skill is required;
