Desired Skills
- Qualification: Minimum of Diploma in Education or related fields.
- Preferred: A background in Child Psychology would be advantageous.
- Experience: A minimum of three year’s work experience in related field.
Requirement:
• Fluency in both spoken & written English
• Successful experience working with children in a school environment.
• High level reading and report writing skills.
• Ability to use clear language to communicate information effectively and unambiguously with adults and children.
• Ability to work co-operatively; supporting teachers in a classroom setting with a differentiated approach in line with high quality teaching and learning.
• Ability to establish rapport and work with parents and caters to improve support for children at home.
• Proven track record of professionalism, flexibility, self-motivated, self-driven
• Displays good organizational skills
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
