• Experience: A Minimum of 6 years Work Experience, Out of 3 years In Managerial Position Preferable of in Microfinance Institution /MFI/.
Technical & Other Skills:
• Ability to Provide Leadership, Communication Effectively, Promote a team
• Approach to enhance Staff Commitment to Successfully Implement the Organization Strategic Plan.
• Firm Belief in Team Work & Gender Equality
• Basic Computer Skills
• Excellent Written & Oral Communication Skills
