Bachelor's

- Education: BA degree in Accounting/ Management/ Economics or related fields
- Experience: Not required
- Graduation Year: Graduate of 2019 (2011 E.C) only and CGPA: 2.75 and above
- Graduate Trainees will be assigned at specified place of work after successful completion of 3-4 months initial on job graduate trainee training program in Addis Ababa.

Competency:
• Basic Knowledge of banking practices;
• Basic Knowledge of cash management practices of banks;
• Basic computer application skills.
